Default Honda 100 Pridor launched today, my Pridor a pride ride in 100cc motorcycles

ALLAH ALMIGHTY GAVE ME PRIDOR AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF IT'S LAUNCH FOR WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ITS PICS WITH ALL OF YOU MY FRIENDS.

Dear Khan Sb and all bikers, I am really feeling very proud to purchase Pridor today on the same day of its launch and feel much more happiness which I can not express in words. I would like to thank Khan bhai who always helped the bikers and specially in the case of new PRIDOR.

Firends its a nice ride ever in 100CC Class and bike's expressions are very smooth and looks are definately smart. So please pray for all that ALLAH ALMIGHTY provide such upcomings to everyone.

At the level of 125cc engines they have to put emission controllers to make an engine complaint to policies smaller then 125 are already low emission engines, so as you said they will be changing stickers only.

I think borther AHL has not applied the sticker of even euro 2 on the fuel tank with the marketing point of view of the upcoming model to make it a hot cake in market and mistakenly they have applied the sticker on the engine side cover.

    Really hehheheh ...

but I think they will not use it for marketting, becuase its becoming a standard now you know, even cars like Cultus/Mehran are recently I have seen with EUROII Logos.

But lets see. its better in both ways. (public ko tu faida he hai na dost )

Yes Dear, I got my Pridor on 11 Nov in Black Color... MashaAllah its been a great drive experience... just the that noise is worrisome... at the very first day, when I brought it home, It was making too much noise... I went to company's authorized mechanic... he said chain was loose... he tightened the chain, and the noise was reduced to a great extent... but yet it produces noise on gear shifting... specifically on shifting from 1st to 2nd one... I went to company's representative, he said that the noise is actually present in the bike's manufacturing design, and won't go away any way... he was also owning a pridor, his bike was also making such noise, but a bit less...

@ Amjad Bhai, can U please tell the solution again? its very worrisome... thanks in advance...

    @MNKazi
Kazi bro Yes after getting my Pridor's clutch settings adjusted from honda mechanic
despite that yes sound is there its still making higher Katak sound in 2nd gear
as compare to other gears i discussed this issue with Ustaad there & in the end he said
Yes this seems a minor problem I said to Ustaad kindly do tell honda officials about this issue
He said i definitely would sure raise this before honda officials when they come to visit

I have found a solution of this problem

    Solution is,

When You Are Shifting From 1st to 2nd Gear
As You Pull Clutch Lever During Pulling Immediately Shift Gear
You Don't Need To Pull Clutch Lever Full Just Pull It Half
While Pulling Process Shift The Gear
And It Would Shift Gear Very Smooth No Higher Katak sound At All

yeh issue bilkul bhi nahein hona chahiye tha
As already people are not purchasing these bikes and now this issue
now this would discourage alot of people

Bro this issue was in 2009-10-11 and early 2012 models of CG125, but in EURO2 there isn't any knocking and abnormal sound in CGs engine. The issue has been resolved.

    @Vickytulla
Due to Euro 3 emission laws the Honda CG125 has been replaced by the fuel injected CBF125 in UK and Europe since 2009.It is now not global and production is not allowed on their roads.

Due to this..contradicting statement..Our bikes cant even pass euro 2 1990s standards(now they do)..It is not possible for them i.e CD-70 and CG-125 to pass the euro5 emission control standards..There are no catalytic convertor emission control units in any model in pakistan except gs-150..And i agree cd-70 des produce less emissions but does not pass euro-2 standard on its own

Dear Amjad Bhai, I would like to add in this discussion the fact that katak sound comes only in AHL HONDA CD 70, CD 100, PRIDOR and CG 125 and I think it's not a big issue otherwise a lot of people raise this issue before HONDA MECHANICS but no one bothers to do so and as a result AHL also don't bother this issue of their bikes, may be they consider it as micro issue. However, we all the members at PW are struggling for the right cause and think with our discussion AHL management may take necessary steps during quality pass of their every bike.

Its astonishing that no other company offer such bike in the market even CHONDA. During the ride of PRIDOR, I feel afraid that when I shift to 2nd gear then it will produce sound and the people around will see that this is the PRIDOR for which AHL says SHOW ON HAI? If we have to face people's comments then what is "SHOW ON HAI"?

Amjad Bhai your trick is correct and I also do so i.e.

"When You Are Shifting From 1st to 2nd Gear
As You Pull Clutch Lever During Pulling Immediately Shift Gear
You Don't Need To Pull Clutch Lever Full Just Pull It Half
While Pulling Process Shift The Gear
And It Would Shift Gear Very Smooth No Higher Katak sound At All "

I went to company's authorized mechanic... he said chain was loose... he tightened the chain, and the noise was reduced to a great extent... but yet it produces noise on gear shifting... specifically on shifting from 1st to 2nd one... I went to company's representative, he said that the noise is actually present in the bike's manufacturing design, and won't go away any way... he was also owning a pridor, his bike was also making such noise, but a bit less...

@ Amjad Bhai, can U please tell the solution again? its very worrisome... thanks in advance...
