    Default Honda Pridor Fan Club

Honda Pridor with 4-Stroke OHC air-cooled single cylinder is a stunning result of advanced Japanese technology and right up there as an outstanding performer. The key features are Comfortable height and relaxing seat with seat bar, Sleek design contoured fuel tank with garnished side covers, Brightly lit new dashboard design speedometer, Stylish, bright headlight with visor, New design winkers and backlight with aerodynamic cowl, New Black-painted muffler exhaust with garnish, Modern value added design fuel **** and also a New carburetor, immediate start with stable idling and optimum acceleration.

Atlas Honda introduced a bike of 100 cc to cater the needs of its customers in terms of quality, reliability, design, comfort but it could not get more share in the motorcycle market in Pakistan as desired. Then AHL made necessary changes in CD 100:

On 3/11/2012 Launched new model of CD 100 named as PRIDOR While the launch event held on 4/11/2012.

On 07/11/2014 Launched new model of Pridor by only changing the stickers.

A positive view by the renowned bikers and people of Pakistan was discussed in the threads:

Guys you believe or not currently my cd 100 given me 60 kmpl amazing average. Infact 2000 plus kilometers se mainay tuning bhi nhi krae. And air filter also in average condition right now mean to say not so good not so bad even then I got good fuel average.

I must say pridor aka cd 100 would be first commuter choice for buyer in pakistan. Because it has decent power plus good road balance plus comfort plus Best fuel average. I really like this bike.

Anyone else here who thinks Pridor's brakes should be better? Or is it just me? Seems like they installed the same brakes as CD 70 because even though the bike is significantly heavier, it does not provide enough stopping power for emergency braking.

it must be some mechanic who messed the mixture settings while tuning not some one
i suggest visit honda warranty claim mechanic also known as antenna mechanic
they have some sense hopefully he will adjust mixture back to good settings
regarding how to adjust i will try to find a post in which i explained to a member
regarding mixture adjustment and share with you but pridor 100 mixture screw is
bit difficult to access so you might find it difficult to adjust

My bike is still new, only 2k on the odo yet. I don't think it's the leathers. Maybe it's just me. I had around 5 close calls in the last two weeks because of these brakes. I don't even ride harshly or overspeed. It's just that the bike feels heavier than the brakes can handle.

Engage the front and rare brake simultaneously..And dont press clutch while braking..Adopt these pricipales you will not slip or skid while braking

I always use these techniques as a matter of fact.
I never use a brake individually. And I also downshift into lower gears for engine braking.

Yep I guess I'll have to adjust it a bit better. Since the drum rubbers are new, I have to adjust a bit too often without noticing it needs adjustment again.

It's main problem is rear thin tyre which cant handle properly when we press brake because bike is heaviour. 90/90 18 servis tyre is solution. Which gives help to stop bike properly without skid.

Shafiq brother in Pakistan you are lucky if you find good mechanic for your motorcycle
many many mechanics are idiots and they consider theirselves more experts than company
and don't follow proper guidelines and settings of company.

For mixture setting visit this thread
    https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/hon...urater-setting

Hopefully you understand the method and even if mixture is set fine and tappets are not
set correctly bike will still run heavy feel ghutti ghutti tappets air mixture are two important
settings to get best performance out of engine

Do some talking with mechanic like telling him ustaad company recommends using feeler gauge
of .05mm to set tappets. Do you have feeler gauge he will proudly say our hand is feeler gauge

than say him ustaad i have heard tight tappets are harmful for engine so kindly set my bikes tappets
as that they are not tight bhale they produce light tik tik sound

When i had pridor there were very less options and still i think
not many options for CD100. As an brand definitely servis has
more reputation and they make good quality tire but i would suggest
you to try Panther Trekker in 3.00-18 size it will fit easily hope CD100
has same size rim also 1.6

Panther Trekker was installed in friends YBR-G as an stock tire and it
looked good quality tire performed very well

or other best option is search if servis winner is available in 2.75-18 or 3.00-18 size
