    Cool My Honda CG125 Deluxe Euro-ll

    Hi everybody
    So here is my new ride Honda Deluxe.
    Previously i have used CD70, Junoon and GS150.
    Yesterday when i went to purchase it, i had Suzuki experience in mind when i had to choose between 15 bikes standing there and still i couldn't find a perfect piece for me. So i was again ready to examine the bike thoroughly before purchase.
    There was only one black Deluxe standing there and i asked the manager if they had more in stock, he said that you check this one, if you find any fault then we will bring another piece out. So i started checking the bike and was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no minor defect i could detect. So just went ahead and got it.
    Initial impression is good.
    Good to have fuel gauge back, liking the Disk Brake
    It certainly isn't as vibrationless as GS150, but very agile compared to GS. You can zig zag it easily through the traffic.

    can you share the links ? because AHL mostly hides whats the specs are for real...

    If I go on there official website they do not expose what is the PSI or BHP a bike produces.. even for CG power plus they didn't bothered what compression ratio it maintains..

    on global website, I mostly found specs of relatively newer model of CG which never made it to Pakistan so they cant be counted.

    the close relative of CG125 of Pakistan is the CG of past from 1976 to late 80s CDI model which is currently holds the name of Power plus in Pakistan and still in production now with Emission controlling kit to reduce smoke.

    I expect Pakistan Power-Plus to be 8.1 KW which in HP is below 11HP ... to be precise 10.8HP

    where as Deluxe has a different Head specially cylinder and I am unable to find any sound source what specs it really holds. (if you want to make sure that I am saying this you can check the too bolts which are tightened on the cyelnder with central crackcase on the pushrods side) in power plus smaller screw are used where as in deluxe over all length is different and biigger screws are used. So that makes me more curiuos to know what sorcery is behind it..

    but even with 10.8HP CG is so much in peace and harmony with the given wieght that it really performs in 4 gears...

    Deluxe does gives good driving experience. I think you are now addict to OHC thats why you are not liking deluxe.
    Its a personal preference I would not like to ride a silent bike.

    True! 10.85HP is what i calculated and posted in this thread earlier.

    As per my poor knowledge, both CG and Deluxe 2012 and onwards have same cylinder and head.

    And for detailed specifications download product brochures from AHL website.

    nahi yar ... Instead of believing whats written in this virtual world or brochures why dont you look at the engines closely .. specially where I directed you will find it you self.. the compression chamber is also different by the way. I am not 100% sure that whats the difference in power or may be if there is really a difference but there is a difference in engine.

    Euro 2 jandaar hay. I know. But its not any more jandaar than previous CGs.

    And whoever thinks that Euro 2 is faster than Older CGs is either mistaken, or is under the false impression of newer bike being better than older ones. (1 point model 125 aap k Euro 2 ki phaar de ga easily - but ofcourse thats not my point)

    If we consider the Power to Weight ratio of CG & Deluxe both (Euro 2), I highly doubt that:
    - Classic is >11BHP (because it feels less than 10, if we compare it with the heavier bikes like GS125/Piaggio etc)
    - Deluxe is of same power as Clasic (because if it was, it would've been slower than Classic because its about 10-12kg heavier than Classic ... but its not the case)

    ---

    Finding out the actual specs are also a problem because Company itself is being Vague and not clearly telling what are the actual specs of its products. We can easily rule out that company is misleading its customers by Not disclosing full information to customers.

    Typical of these Pakistani companies. <_<

    abobobolly did you happen to compare engines of CG and Deluxe side by side.. if you happen to came accross both try to compare the two screws which tight the Cylender on crank case on CAM/Magnet side (left side) the Deluxe has bigger set of screws, and its head Cylender total cumalative hiet its Studs are longer too.. its compression chamber from inside is
