    Default help me honda 125 engine is very heat up

    mayre pass honda 125 2012 hai mayre bike ka engine buhad jaldi gram ho jata hai ar kuch runing k baad tu buhad he zada koi mujy ye betaye k kya prb hai ya kya cheez may change kro k bike ka engine normal heat up ho.heat is had tak barr jate hai k break paindle per pair rhakna mushkil ho jata hai buhad heat mahsoos hote hai bike se.

    Clutcth plates/lean fuel mixture/faluty oil pump all can cause engine to heat up

    1.Open tappet cover. Start your bike and see. If oil is coming properly than it means oil pump is fine .
    2. Do check your tappet adjustment. If u know about how to adjust. If you dont know than go to your machanic and tell him to do it adjust by feeler guage of 0.8mm .
    3. Check spark plug. If there is carbon them clean it. And adjust mixture.
    4. Use thick oil now a days .
    5. Did you ever feel acceleration problem when engine get heat up?

    yes mayne cylinder khlwaya tha cam dalwaya tha new pahle wala awaaz kr raha tha mgr us k baad bhi kafi arsa sahe chalte rahe ye prb abi last 2 months se aye hai heat up ki plates bhi change krwa le mayne oil ml use krna shuru kiya tu awaz speed may buhad zada farq par gaya tha bus prb sirf hwat up ka

    Let me know. But first adjust tappet by using 0.8mm feeler guage. And check spark plug also. Do check valve . May be valve khatam hogaye hon

    Bro aisa sirf un cases mai hota hai k jab log mechanic ki bato a ajate hai air overhauling k dorun reconditioned valve use karte hai reconditioned valve purni garion k valves ko grind karke bane the hai leken grind karne se valve apni hardening kho deta hai

    Bro agar ap zeyda time tak oil change ni karo tou oil ki thickness khatam hojati hai or wo oily bhi ni rehta. At that time jub wo oil engine mai chalta hai tou friction zeyada reduce ni karta . Or phr engine heat hota hai. Next . Agar apka petrol acha ni hai tou kisi point par miss blast karta hai . Aesy dono valve equally press hojaty hen. Tb valve ki timing out hojati hai. Log is chez ko ni samajhty. Phr wo valve aesy he chalty hen tou valve seat kharab hojati hai.is trhan exhaust sahi say nahi nikalta or na he theak say intake karta hai. Jub wo intake theak say ni karega tou mixture lean hoga. Or lean mixture bhi heat i hai. Phr jub machanic valve clearance karta hai hai tou valve ki tou adjustment theak hojati hai. Lakin wo seat par sahi bethty. Valve clearance k bad pick better hojata hai lakin heat phr bhi karegi coz seat sahi nahi rahi. Or ye kharab sear valve hardening kharab kardeti hai. @kamoojan bhai ny bhi aesa he kaha hai k tuning k bad pick better hogya hai lakin heat problem wesi he haii.

    je murtaza bhai and may oil time per change krta hoo humasha ar ap ne jo betaya mayne sub check kiya hai ar pir waise he prb hai ab tu awaz bhi zada kr rahe means vebration kr rahe hai thore runing k bad aisa feel hota hai jaise taped bilkul loss ho *** hoo mujy 125 ka shoq buhad hai bike ho ar koi prb bara na ho may jetna hota hai ar jetne mayre knwloge hote hai khyal rhknta ho her chez ka ar rahe machnic ki bat tu jub mayra machinic kahta hai k faalaah chez change kro may kr dayta hoo foran ye tu is froum k use k bad mujy pata chal raha hai k bike may kya kya hota hai ar ap sub k reply ar othres post se knhloge mil rahe hai ap sub ka shukria k ap logo ne help ki reply kiya mujy and late reply ki waja mayra net krab tha aj he theek howa hai thanks you

    valve pressure bana rahey hain?? - are you serious?

    if this engine develops a problem of loose tappet sound even with correct valve clearances, then do a simple job and replace the lower rocker arms. I can bet you they have play between the mounting pin and their axis sleeves.

    They are not expensive either. Good choice would be to change them for the newer triangle shape ones.

    Bro I think apny sahi say parha nhi hai. Problem tappet sound ki nahi hai. Problem engine heat up ki hai. Kuch bolny say pehly thread sahi say parh liya karen....

    agar kharaab lower rocker ke saath ooper ke rocker pe adjustment tight kardiye jaaen to engine heat up hoga. common sense hai puranay style ke OHV engine ke liye. Ye kaam bohot hotay dekha hai.

    Tight tappet ke saath mixture bhi khench diya jaata hai - aur mazeed heat up honay lagta hai engine.

    For reason of my reply which mentions sounds of loose tappets - read post 12 in this thread.

    I want to ask you about - dono valve khuley hotay hain aur engine blast marta hai??? - how do you imagine that happening? overlap phase in honda cg125E???

    btw - sahee darja haraarat maalom karne ke liye infrared thermometer use kijye cylinder head aur cylinder pe.

    Valve pressure banate kya O.o valve pressure hold karte hai bahi jan aur us pressure ko compression khete hai

    2nd ye k phr mai yahin kahunga k sahi say parh lo pehly. Mene likha hai k miss blast ki waja say valve equally press hojaty hen. Valve equally press hony k bad blast ni hotaaa.
