its an extremely simple engine to sort out. If the pump is suspect the usual culprits are hard O rings at the back of it. You can also remove and polish the pump housing to make it like new again.

Next is to clean the centrifugal filter mounted on the primary drive gear (rarely seen local mechanics cleaning it). The lower rockers are inspected with bore guage and micrometer on pin. If the engine suffered from any bad oil incident or overheat.

The valve seat margin is of great importance here, it should be atleast 2mm wide and equal on all sides. Ultra critical for aircooled engines.

neecha dikhanay ka mera kabhi program nahi hota - mein khud nacheez hoon. Masla ye hai ke physics meray liye "fun" hai - aur engine ki dynamics uss se bhi zyada.

    - btw combustion chamber mein combustion horahee hai - dono valve open pe woh bhi CG125E mein? meray khyal se iftaar mein 2 cup chai hojaye

Provided that the oil pump is alright and head work has been recently done
Replacing the cam followers, cam gear and cam shaft should solve this issue.

    @Xulfiqar

Sir can you please help me regarding a small issue i am experiencing with my CG125 2011

I have recently got the headwork done complete overhaul. New carb and a new plug coil

i am experiencing an issue that whenver i accelerate from constant speed there is a slight hesitation, the bike stalls for like a half a second and than it's fine.
Similarly if i decelerate and during that deceleration if i decide to accelerate again, no matter how gently i twist the throttle there is a slight hesitation. The problem existed with my previous carb as well along with some popping. The popping sound has been resolved thanks to Air cutt valve on the new carb however this hesitation remains.
I have also installed new intake manifold and new air filter, however the problem persists.
There is no hesitation from standstill no matter how much i push it's smooth all the way. The problem occurs when accelerating from constant or while decelerating.

Any help would be really appreciated ?

have you owned a Honda CG125 before? - the entire engine casing acts as a heatsink for the engine - meaning it will get hot, as it is a vertical mounted engine the hot air will be felt by the rider and pillion too - add to that the exhaust also shedding its heat into that same air.

The engine is extremely simple. Anyone who works on honda cd70e can repair and tune a honda cg125e.

Actually you are saying quite the opposite.
It's been one year since i switched from CD 70 to CG and have found CG better in every respect.

3.00-17 rear tyre means more grip, mine handling is excellent and acceleration is smooth. Due to 5 clutch plates the clutch obviously feels a bit harder but proper lubrication can minimize this effect.

Yes i agree that vibration is far more and it feels like the engine is about to burst at 100 but it is definitely more comfortable than any 70cc. Just get it's tappet adjusted from a proper mechanic via feeler gauge and get it properly lubricated. I would recommend changing the air filter and spark plug. And if you are finding it uncomfortable do check shocks for leak as well.
If you ride like there's no tomorrow, there won't be.

by your posts it seemed that you were not a previous CG125 owner.

the CG125E clutch is harder due to powerful pressure plate springs and the accelerator was even harder on old models due to a fatter spring lifting a bigger slide in the carby, it also had a small kick which reduced the torque you applied from your foot. It also was pretty jerky and raw in the low rpm - think of it as dumping a lot of torque as you released the clutch.

The newer models are very tame and easy, easy to start with longer kick pedal, softer and manageable controls, smoother power delivery etc. You will get used to it.

As chaudhary007 mentions - get the engine tuned correctly, have the mechanic inspect the lower rockers and replace as necessary. They are usually overlooked in such symptoms.
