Default Honda CD70 Engine Head Leakage Problem.

    I have Honda CD70 Model 1999.
With approximately 1 lac 90 Thousand on ODO.

It is giving me some problems with its Head and cylinder oil seepage issue. It has cylinder sleeved and now it had a piston again of 0.5. Though the main issue is oil seepage. I have got the seals and head gasket changed thrice with orignal AHL ones but the seepage starts with in two weeks again. I m fed up of this issue now.

But i dont want to sale my bike as i have a emotional attachment to it.

Please guide me with any solution of the problem which sealents to use and what to do with head and cylinder.

Ever checked breather pipe? On cd70 its located under frame of bike if its clogged/hard/loose etc the compression leak from piston ring will force oil out of seals

No bro at the recent change of engine seals I requested the mechanic to check the breather pipe and i remember we also changed that pipe though previous one was fine.
    No the bike isn't heating.
I have gone to different mechanics. Not the same one. Though all mechanics were experienced.

Could there be a problem in Head or Cylinder. Means surface problem or any thing else.

You placed jubille ring on it ?
If left the breather pipe loose it won't work the way it should

There is a head gasket, rocker shaft plate jaan, cam gear cover jaan and 2 tappet cover O rings.
Pin point the one that's leaking.

If its the head gasket, then you need to check the face or have it surfaced by hand on glass and grinding paste. Avoid grinding it down.
Any good mechanic should have solved this problem with silicone gasket sealer.

    Good Luck

brother nuts of head are tight?
next time you open to replace the seal, ask the mechanic that use glue and clean the head and cylinder correctly.
then update if problem still comes

Each and every thing was tested by the laith worker and according to him every thing is under spec.. Bolts are tight.. Some thing feels fishy with head ro cylinder to me.😕

The first time when this issue started the seals were replace with new ones without using any material on seals.
Second time silicone was used but using silicone was worst experience.
Third time some sort of glue was used but again the same problem arrived.

Now i m thinking of getting a new cylinder as the old one i think has completed its life.

if piston looses compression then it's ok to change cylinder otherwise your wasting your money, problem is not in the cylinder and as your say's that seals are fine then there's only breather pipe left
