Never heared about this problem before & you can't blame carburetor or spark plug for that.

Bike is most probably set on lean mixture which is why when u try to hard rerv it, it misses and than becomes alright. Was this problem from day 1 or after you got it first tuned? What happens is that most of these so called Ustaad mess up the original settings for carburetor and hence problem like these start. Keep riding it till 3k and after that when you visit ur mechanic for tuning tell him if he changed your fuel settings and ask him to Revert them.

Its not a 1000cc bike that has fixed top speed 300mph or what so ever.
Its 125cc engine & maximum cg's doing are 110 kph idk why. Maybe your own weight is more to reach 120 kph or the 2016 is restricted with 110-115.

I dont talk much because my bike's engine do it for me.

Bhai sub chlanay pr hota hai. The new meters are completely in accurate with false speed and rpm readings. Try ulysse speedometer on your smart phone and than have a try. Remember always to drive safe with helmet. Avoid high speeds!

To my resources they changed the CDI from 2004 onwards. The newer CDI gives complete current in low rpm's but in high rpm's the current is restricted.
@saboor73 can you please confirm it Sir.
