Default Honda CG125 Handle Not Straight

There is something wrong with my bike's handle. Its titled towards right.
A month or so ago, I had those chrome round front shock covers removed to change the look of the bike. It changed the look but front light/signal assembly started to rattle.
I had them put back on a couple of days and since then the handle is not straight.
The mechanic who put them back on says my bike's column and front shocks are to blame and its not his fault the handle is not straight.
He's a di*khead and its totally his fault of course.

But here is the thing, when I lightly hit the front tyre from the left with some wall or pillar, it straightens the handle. But after riding it for few minutes, the handle goes back being tilted towards right. Something is of course loose. But what?

Mechanics in my local vicinity are dumba$$es and I don't trust them to diagnose the problem. If someone here can point out the issue, I can simply ask them to fix that particular thing.
Or if someone in Rawalpindi can point me to a decent bike mechanic who understands a thing or two, that would be great as well.
    Looking forward to your input.

    Thanks.

    That's a start.
Thanks. I'll take it to someone expert in the morning tomorrow and ask him to get it done.
