Default Information about Suzuki, Yamaha and Honda engines

Please anyone can tell me where the Suzuki, Honda and Yamaha engine/engine parts are being made\assembled.

Someone was telling me that only Suzuki engine is the only Japanese engine left in Pakistan.

Does that means that Suzuki engine comes all assembled from Japan.

Where the engines/engine parts of Suzuki, Yamaha and Honda bikes are made/assembled.

    Thanks

I m not sure about assembling/Manufacturing but The engine used in Suzuki Sprinter is the most latest & efficient engine among bikes available in Pakistan.

v true, few days back had a chance 2 see a GS150's Carb
    amazing,,,

    @ bike junky
honda, yamaha r using Pakistani and chinese parts (mostly r Pakistan) as Govt. imposes less duty if max parts made within pakistan,
suzuki is using pakistani, chinese n Japanese parts.

    Thanks ImaranBhatti and Malikg.

Now things are clear. No Japanese parts. Just China and Pakistan manufactured.
    Good bye Japan. China zindabad.
We dont even see japanee istari, but Japan manufactured things are always superior in quality.
e.g Japan Suzuki Fx vs Suzuki Mehran etc

    well at this time,
    2 things can b admitted:

1- by honda that they use JAPANESE CARBURATOR
n this is only diff. of cd70 with a Sohrab
    lolz

2- by suzuki that they use JAPANESE CARBURATOR & SOME ENGINE PARTS.
n this is ok bcoz they used 2 put 95% japanese parts in engines of SD110, some some pipes etc from Thailand, 2ndly the THEIR CARBS r outclass.

    u must know 1st thediff of 2 strok n 4 strok
no comparison for speed n accelaration.

    @uzi602
b a senior in biking, raceing is a bad habit.@ all plz do not promote Racing....
2ndly as i think foosa said, , Bikes r good if they giv u GooD BikinG Xperience, i hav found GTO125 n GS150 with best Handling n all i wan is this specially for our LonG Trips. n wat about sound? Do u think that the too much sound like a Rocket but from a bike/s silencer with 125cc ngine is cool? Sound shld b like the output that a bike gives u in form of performance. N agin GS is best so Faar.

    @ Luck Libra
wat I cam 2 know from som Suzuki Mechanic from Karachi that the previous mode had Paki, Thai n Japanese parts n most ngines PARTS were from japan.
The 1st GN125 series like that which was used by police (Black tank with orange Line) were totally Japanese bikes n were sold on price lesser than Cost, soon they discounued n they introduced GS series with mix parts.
Right now I hav seen papers which show that almost al GS series parts r coming from China, so r lesser in quality than prev 1.

    Advantages:

    - Two-stroke engines do not have valves, simplifying their construction.

    - Two-stroke engines fire once every revolution (four-stroke engines fire once every other revolution). This gives two-stroke engines a significant power boost.

    - Two-stroke engines are lighter, and cost less to
    manufacture.

    - Two-stroke engines have the potential for about twice the power in the same size because there are twice as many power strokes per revolution.

when the engine is reving at 10000rpm the 2-stroke engine ignites gasses 10000 times per minute while 4-stroke engines ignite only half. So it should have twice as much power, right?

The 2-stroke engine does have channels for air transport but the piston opens and closes the channels, in a 4-stroke engine there are separate valves and a camshaft that do this. This means extra moving parts and a far more difficult cilinder head design. Because of this maintenance is more difficult.

2-stroke engines give more power. At 50cc races 2-stroke bikes can reach speeds of over 130km/h while 4-stroke bikes can hardly reach those speeds with 70cc!!
