    Get it replaced, quick!

Make sure you thoroughly clean every part that came in contact with the battery fluid. It is acidic in nature and eats away at metal.

don't have $ to replace it.
and my battery has been leaking for a year now.
lot of metal eating has already been done.
the plate under the battery, which holds it, in our cars is very thick and thankgod its there. protected my car from acid quite a lot.
but of course it still is bad for metal but cant replace it now. thats y wanted to know if it can be repaired.

If you have got ventury than there is no need for air blockage. Whats the problem now?

Blockage will further reduce mileage. Its a matter of adjustment only.

i drove my car with that breathing problem for almost a year.

get it fixed from some where else.
no need to spend rs 11,000 for such a small issue.
