    so i thought of checking my car's average on CNG and it is giving me Rs. 2.91 per kilometer in the city.
    i think its quite ok.

    and here is something that i noticed few days ago.
    after filling CNG cylinders, the all four LEDs of switch in the cabin start to blink. it doesn't stop even i turn off the engine. unless i drive for few kilometers and then stop the engine. then it stops blinking.

    @nashit
    no i didnt.
    but i saw a set in dubaiauto thread and i was thinking about buying that one.

    @aref, the blinking happens with my car as well every time I fill up. What I have guessed is that it has something to do with pressure that is over 200 bars. You might notice that whenever you get low pressure fuel up, the lights don't blink.

    @aesthete
    i once looked at the analog pressure meter above the kit when gas was filling and it didn't go all the way up to the last green point. and yet when i started my car, the lights were blinking.
    if what u r saying is correct, then it means that the analog meter is more than 200 bars.

    @nickatnite
    no it is not.

    I don't think that the analog meter that comes with FF CNG gives the reading in bars. I have noticed that as well. I have tried but failed to get an accurate bar reading from the analog meter so I just go by estimate based on the lights.

    loghts blinking has something to do with clibration of lights with analog meter. my own car is doing that and cng finishes at 2 lights but i am used to it because Twin CIty people are not able to clibrate it again Its with all soectras i have seen. It worked wll for 70k kms but afterwards it became problematic but behaviour is consistent so it doesnt bother me

    i take my spectra everywhere karachi peshawar northern areas... but whenever i go to lahore something goes wrong with the car:-) i dont know why

    last time during my visit to lahore, my car lost power on cng after crossing a signal. when i switched to petrol everything was ok.
    i then placed my hand at the front air intake(the one exactly above the radiator) to chock some air intake the rev restored to normal.

    is it ok if i block this front air intake by placing a cardboard infront of it?
    safety first. always wear seatbelts.
