i need a body kit of spectra(lyk bumper extention etc)..frm where i get it??n how much it cost?
The 2003 Spectra I have got, has the same issue. When you buy these used cars they normally have taken down the beating of a decade, even if you find ones in good condition. The headlights usually are blind and relays with nice halogens don't work.
For me the good waterproof HIDs worked though I plan to get new headlights after a year or so cause HIDs made a big difference to the clearance.
bassu for how much did u get it and from where?
No one cares for Toyota more then Toyota
@vagabondpiper, @imrandahar: Got them from a friend in FSD for 10k plus shipping. The box says Nasir Motors, Karachi though. The manufacturer is DEPO LAMPS, Taiwan.
@thisisanjum: Bro, I think I am gonna ship the headlights back. Can you please indicate from where in sadr did you get your headlights?
Thanks for your replay guys..
Yes I do agree that EFI engine doesn't made to run on CNG that's why mostly I run my ride on petrol but the point to discuss my problem is to get knowledge whether I'm only guy facing this problem with my ride or its common.
Beside this I've a question, I'm again facing same problem "engine goes switch off (specially on CNG) when I release accelerator to shift the gear after pushing it to maximum possible rpm". Can you guys help me out to sort out this issue??
Ah okay. I guess there's a little difference between Taiwan and Chinese. Although, Chinese stuff has usually more than one copies, some good and others bad.
I am spotting a Spectra parts supplier in Karachi which would be helpful in finding good quality parts. Shipping is usually not an issue with PIA Speedex which is cheaper than TCS. I think ordering from main suppliers is better than paying local auto dealers if you are quality conscious.
Bro i search the local market before buying but almost all dealers have the same quality so bought from wajid autos coz imran autos was out of stock and others like kiyani and raja auto was little expensive.
Nice. Makes sense.
