No. Not the gear box but the bolt (on the passage which is used to fill-in the gear oil ) many cars like cultus have the same system. Once you drain out the gear oil, there is a bolt on one of the walls of gear box, you take it out and pour in the oil, when it is filled the oil starts coming out from the same hole, which means the required oil is filled. Since there is no way out, unlesss your gear box has some leakages which are visible from outside, gear oil remains there and you don't need to check it's level. only thing you need to do is to note the mileage and replace it when it is requred.
