obviously he starts it when the car is neutral, that's how it is supposed to get started.
clutch is pressed only when the car is in some gear to let it free for startup.
no need of pressing clutch when car is parked neutral.

The culprit was battery, its two cells were dead thats why it wasn't holding charge and malfunctioning. replaced it with AGS GL50 and this issue is gone. anyways missing on start is still there and i have noticed that if car is parked for some time or start over night it is hard to start. it is taking long sulf and stalls for 15-20 secs and then comes to life. when its warm enough or i start the car when engine is not cooled down it starts with half sulf. what to do now?
Another issue faced yesterday that car's indicators are not working and flasher is producing creaping sound however double indicators are working fine but left and right indicator both doesn't work when i apply indicator. I replaced the flasher but new one causing same behaviour. checked fuse, opend the stearing panel but issue hasn't resolved however i generated one more issue in DIY that horn stopped working as well checked the fuse also but it didn't work out. This could be a minor problem and will be carried out by electrition but i am more concerned with the missing issue.
P.S. car gives black smoke during missing but no smoke at all after missing is gone.

Goto any Hyundai 3s and get the car tuned. what i see from your problem is tappet adjustment, when u'll get car tuned from them they will do the throttle body service, tappets adjustments and sensors cleaning, that will definitely resolve ur problem Inshallah....

check engine light comes ON because of a reason...go to a good workshop...get the error codes extracted via OBD scanner...
another scenario can be BAD WIRING...some gorilla ustaad jee mechanic may have messed up the wiring..which needs correction.
in either case...DO NOT ignore check engine light...!!!
