I changed CAM Sensor and missing and jerks has gone and car drive is smooth back again. but morning start up issue is still there as if i start the car after a long rest, it hasitate and stalls and i smell pertol in the car (obviously over fueling) the guy which scanned with computer said that the overfueling are related to IAC as once you'll change it overfueling will be over. Is he saying right??
Doesn't overfueling is related to MAP Sensor and the indications were for the MAP Sensor change? One Suggestion is required that IAC sensor has thrown error, is it possible to clean it up and hook back in? one thing more, if I am going to change the IAC, the old one that is currently installed on throttle body has a gasket between the IAC Valve and throttle body but for air passage, it seems that it has been blocked as the two holes in gasket for IAC Valve measures same as required by the two screws to tight down the IAC Valve. Is it true for IAC Valve or when I have to replace it with a new one, I have to modify the size of air passage holes same as IAC Valve has. and can I install it without gasket and using only silicon?
You can definitely clean the IAC sensor and its gasket should be available easily and i wont recommend using silicon instead, as you have to clean it regularly to keep the idling smooth. When mines IAC,s gasket got cracked i replaced with a card board gasket which i made myself and its working great to date.
Cleaning IAC is not a big deal. I saw it one at hyundai and now i do it on my own, Just open the screws ,hold it upside down and flush it with crab cleaner then pour some cleaner in it and let it rest for some 10~15min. Flush the opening s in engine too. now rinse it well and put it back on with a new gasket and you'll be ready to go...

Thanks iamadee for your suggestion. I'll try to clean IAC as per you advice but what are the suggestions for Error Codes "Injectors are over fueling the cylinders". what are these relates to??

Thats due to excess use of cng and less use of petrol, which is why the injectors are now clogged which is disturbing the fuel spray pattern which is leading to over fueling.....
Its just a wild guess Im no expert, just trying to help. Get the injectors cleaned in the first place...

the intake costs about 2500 and the pipe cost about 500-800.. but its not for keeping the engine temperature low and neither it works on cng... for keeping engine temp low buy some coolant, change ur plugs and get ur sensor clean

ahhhh a post of mine taste after a long time.
yes you can get a long ram air intake,if you want purpose(full purpose i mean) remove driver's side headlight, fit a mushroom air filter there, buy a pipe of adequate length else do the cold air thingy like we do conventionally with a cone and pipe.
and yes its not for the sake of keeping engine temperature low, infact it raises the temperature coz of your constant reving response.
it is meant to gather cold air with rich oxygen which let the car breath easily and lend some better response too.

Best way is to get them cleaned off the car, I have heard that Magic Motors in Model town near Gourmet bakery is doing injector cleaning thru a machine, give them a try...

OIC But you are from islamabad, hmmmmmmmm
I guess you should find some good mech in isd then...
