First get the cable serviced. If that doesn't help then replace the cable, and if that doesn't help either then go for clutch and pressure plate as well. This work cannot be ignored as it might damage your cars inner wall.

    Need to inquire about:
    1. Noise from the brakes when applied only, as if disc needs surfacing but discs are already surfaced with new brake pads installed with all new clips. don't know why still there is noise. some mechanic says the metal plate behind the pads is missing. some say this metal plate doesn't exists. I am confused???
    2. the pipe from Natural gas kit directly goes to the venturi in my santro. as far as i know an adjuster of gas supply(T Bolt) is fitted in between. also half air is blocked at the intake. Do I need to add the T bolt.??I am getting 110km in full tank CNG driving in city.
    3. what are symptoms of bad ideal air control sensor??? I am getting check engine on fully pressing the throttle only
I was driving it by a kind of instinct, only I was in a different dimension...............................Ayrton Senna

Don't know about any particular guy at sajjad motors I got my car turned from them a couple of times and it went well. For servicing of cable you can goto any mechanic of your choice its not a big deal.

1: I have bought the timing belt and bearing for changing, but the idiot didn't changed the bearing, only belt was changed, he return the bearing told me to return as the timing bearing was okay, should we change the bearing every time we change the belt, or no need to change the bearing.

how difficult is the bearing changing procedure?

2: My car RPM is higher on petrol, and whenever i release the clutch pedal it shoots up, on CNG it is okay, Is it the idle control sensor responsible for it or something else to be checked, I have adjusted the small screw on throttle body to the minimum.

Should have replaced the bearing too cause the labor cost will have to be paid again if it fails in a couple of months.
rpm on petrol will always be higher then that of cng. if the rpm increases when clutch pedal is pressed and become normal when car comes to a stop then it is pretty normal. If it shoots up like rev a lot then that can be the issue of IAC sensor. Cleaning it can possibly fix it....

1: Check the calipers of brakes which may be loos, missing or touching the router. also do vent the air from the break lines.
2: Mine has T bolt in between, I think it is necessary to have it, to control the amount of gas to the intake of engine.
3: this question is answered by Iamadee in post number 2593.

Avoid manual cleaning of injectors. Instead give "ultra-sonic injector cleaning" a try.
Also clean your fuel tank. Drain the old petrol (DONT re-use that old petrol).
Fuel Pump is expensive, so try other possible solutions before you change fuel pump assembly. And when your problem is resolved (Insha-Allah) then try to PREVENT this problem i mean drive your car every once in a while on petrol, preferably everyday. So that your car's petrol system remains alive and avoids being clogged.
