    @all
    yar plz someone help me yar, i will give you santro manual in pdf form if you help me lollllll.

    my car ride is very harsh, the springs are looking weak, because if three persons+CNG cylinder+2 bags of 5KG, the gap b/w body and tyre become 2-1/2 inch only, and then the people inside feel like they are riding on a wooden board. if i get of-road then a small stone bump can be felt at seats, even on the smooth road i can feel the road peak and valleys. what you guys are suggesting? what should i do? how to check that the fault is in the shocks or springs? and if you feel to change the shocks and springs then from where you suggest in RWP/ISB? and should i go for kabli one from (Sultan da koh) or i should go for chinese parts new? please i am really waiting for your reply because i have to change shocks or spring or both asap. suppose that money is not the issue....thanks
    please don't stop anyone to get education.

    @Santro_lover

    if i were you, i would have gone to a good mechanic for his opinion on this matter... If he says that the problem is with shocks or springs, i would have changed it...
    Please do not Repair the Shocks
    Please use genuine santro Shocks if there is not much of a price difference...

    P.S: i'll pm you my e-mail add, please send a .pdf copy of the manual. Thanx...

    repairing is not a good option change the shocks immediately but they probably wont fix the height issue, for that i'll recommend to put spacers in the rear. For shocks dont go to the dealership just go to any Gabriel dealer and get the shocks price should be around 1.4 ~1.5k. BTW Gabriel comes as OEM shock for almost all the cars in Pakistan.
    Hope this helps. Dont 4get to send the manual on

    download the manual it is in the form of ISO image so write it on CD with CD burner. then Insert CD in CD-ROM and click on Hyundai Icon, then a list of different models of cars will appear, choose ATOS as SANTRO is called ATOS in USA and called AMICA in UK. and its done.

    in addition to what santro_lover just posted. i f you do not have a cd burner you can use Daemon tools to mount the image in your computer.
    Download DAEMON Tools Lite 4.35.6 - Download - FileHippo.com
    Click the link to download the latest version. After installation reebot is required. After the system boots up right click on the daemon tools icon in the task bar select > Virtual Devices > device 0 > mount Image and give the path of the downloaded ISO and install directly.

    @xplorer

    Brother i am also very happy to see you happy lollll.
    anyway i don't know about any manual that you have uploaded before, i have download it from rapidshare myself and also dig it myself, beside i have also another manual of 997 pages in PDF form of 84 MB in great details. i have split it in 4 parts as there is a limit of 25MB email attachements in gmail, thats why i have split this one, also i could sent two parts to some pakwheelers via email but failed to upload other two parts those pakwheelers will witness my words. i also told them that the CD will be enough to share with someone, but if you want to i can upload some screen shots of that manual so you will be amazed Inshallah.

    ok leave screen shot lets enjoy the original one, 997 pages PDF

    The CNG sensor is okay now. Mechanic just adjusted the CNG sensor setting and sprayed it with petrol that' s it.
    @iamadee the CNG is not factory fitted. I bought it in 520,000 and meter is about 64,000. I would sure share the pics. Power steering and power windows(front) are factory fitted though.

    I am still having some problem with the RPM's. At night when head lights are on, the pick of Engine drops on CNG and i have to keep my foot on accelerator. Just changed the Engine oil. Will engine tuning resolve this issue?Thinking of going to Sajjad Hyundai Jail road.

    My AC also keeps tripping whether running on petrol or CNG. It does cool but because cooling is not continuous the chilling effect is not there. I think the sensor related to AC is malfunctioning. And i am afraid it would cost me a lot any tips?

    Unfortunately there is no permanent solution of Santro's backfiring on cng. This problem is common in cars with "waste spark ignition system".
    Better you avoid the actions which causes it to backfire, like pressing hard on accelerator paddle and using 2nd gear to pick up after a speed breaker.

    Hello,.... I hope that everybody is doing great...
    I have recently bought a Santro Exec 2004,....
    the problem that i am facing is that whenever i turn the AC on ,.. (on CNG) it trips when the car is not moving .... and when i press the accelerator it starts again ,... but trips when i leave it .... while car is running there is no problem...

    Second problem is that when i convert the car to Petrol,...itx RPM changes on its own ,...and it takes some time to come to normal after pressing accelerator,...and when the accelerator is pressed again it rises and stays there and then gradually comes down on its own....

    As far as the First problem is concerned ,..what i think is that the Idle setting on CNG is having some problem,..(too low for AC) ..
    And for the second problem i have no clue ... and when more thing ,..when i switch the ignition OFF,..the CNG lights remain ON for atleast 10-15 seconds... is that normal ?

    Kindly help me in troubleshooting the exact problem and recommend me some good mechanic too.... Thanks ....

    First problem as you already said is idle race on CNG get the RPMs raised and the problem would be solved.
    As per your second question this is default in all santros since its an EFI car and a lot of sensors it does that on petrol, you'll get used to it with the passage of time.
    No idea about the CNG light issue.
    Hope the info helps.
