    first washed the engine with a mixture of water and surf. Then gave a finishing look by applying kerosene oil on the black plastic items.

    We have a problem in our santro 2004 whenever i drive the for like 20 km's or above and when i turn off the car then i start it after a while than it does not converts on cng than i have to let it cool down for some time than it converts easily.

    Other than this problem we have no issue with the car and car has done 97k km's.

    Indeed a nice car it is and im planning on buying one too

    Any Santro Club GV for sale here from Karachi/Hyderabad?

    Whether Exec or not but GV(Factory CNG) is a must.
    Need a clean work-free car.

    Hello all, i checked some Santro Club (Non GV) for sale and thought to put cylinders of GV which arent available anywhere which forces me to buy a GV.

    But do u all know cylinders r supposed to be tested for their pressure handling by the "HDIP" every 5 years and be certified safe?!

    What if a Gv cylinder fails? Where do we get it?

    Thank You very much for sending the pictures, which help a lot.
    I have just changed the springs, the turns are 6 in new springs, changed from normal shock specialist, the ride height is just like the same as yours. a little difference i am feeling now, but i think to get more comfort i need to change the shocks also. i will install the Gabriel shocks which is the stock one. they are gas shocks or oil shocks??

    No idea about this bro. If you have a gv you must consult some cng expert or even hyundai workshop diagnose the problem....

    It is because of your Non-OEM CNG Advancer Installed....! Check your advancer there is some problem in it

    @iamadee

    is there any harm of using kerosene oil under the hood? and how you manage to prevent engine from water while you were washing the engine with water and surf mixture? should i apply kerosene oil to all rubber, plastics and metal parts also?

    i used a very little water while washing just used the mixture with a brush to clean up the compartment. Kerosene oil was used on plastic and metal parts only to give them bit of a shine. should not be used on rubber parts. i had no experience of all before, this was my first diy too.
