    Default Self Tuning - Khyber G-10 (Plugs, valve clearance, spark gap etc)

    Salam

    dear members/experts

    I own a khyber 1996. Recently overhauled its engine completely at home by myself except the mechanist part. It has its first oil change at 1100Km yesterday and i am planning to tune it. I have following query for the learned members/experts

    Q.1. recommended spark plugs for khyber g-10 on CNG
    Q.2. Recommended spark plug gap?
    Q.3. Recommended tappet setting Hot/cold?
    Q.4. Running was on petrol with Caltex Havoline formula and now i have switched to CNG with Shell helix HX7 10-40W (synthetic) , is shell HX7 ok?

    What else should i do or check to get max output and efficiency from my g-10?

    My secondary diaphragm isn't connected at that V shape port but on another port near to the diaphragm. Does your secondary work? I think mine doesn't. I'll try changing the pipe connection and see.

    UPDATE: the pipe going from hot idel compensator and a pipe from choke breaker are going to that V shape port

    on margalla and cultus, it is on the top left side of the engine. near the valve cover.

    First is E load Idle up solenoid.
    Second is AC idle up solenoid, on the firewall to the left of ignition coil.

    Some genius mechanic had connected the pipes for ac diaphragm to e idle up AND ac idle up solenoid. All fixed now and working great.

    haha. when i started fixing my car, the previous mechanic had left one pipe connected to distributor on one end, the other end was attached to a vacuum pod....F logic.

    A mechanic was done overhauling (butchering) a khyber engine. when he was about to start it, i asked why he had left the vacuum pipes....he was like...faltoo cheez hai..iska koi kam nahi

    wow .. perfect !!
    Just had a look onto the choke breaker diaphragm,it was lying near secondary throttle diaphragm,it wasn't connected..it looked like its connected in the pic .. i connected it back and saw that Y type thingy near ac idle up diaphragm..beneath it .. connected it thanks for pointing out dude007 and axeeffect.

    Great work. I tried opening pcv valve but it appeared to be jammed. Does it open by turning anticlockwise or clockwise?
