Default Self Tuning - Khyber G-10 (Plugs, valve clearance, spark gap etc)

    Salam

    dear members/experts

I own a khyber 1996. Recently overhauled its engine completely at home by myself except the mechanist part. It has its first oil change at 1100Km yesterday and i am planning to tune it. I have following query for the learned members/experts

Q.1. recommended spark plugs for khyber g-10 on CNG
    Q.2. Recommended spark plug gap?
    Q.3. Recommended tappet setting Hot/cold?
Q.4. Running was on petrol with Caltex Havoline formula and now i have switched to CNG with Shell helix HX7 10-40W (synthetic) , is shell HX7 ok?

What else should i do or check to get max output and efficiency from my g-10?

    regards

after-note: In addition to the above queries, this thread also contains info on carburetor, AC, electrical, cooling system, brakes & gear issues related to khyber G-10.

Special thanks to following experts :
Xulfiqar, Fas133, Margallar, Ahsanzs, wasay_Ahmad, Xplorer, jz, Daniyal
for their valuable contributions and last but not least
I am greatful to Cracked for keeping this thread alive by
    raising all the queries/question.

Thanks rozzz for pasting the pictures.
These lights looks very beautiful but I am not sure that our local mechanics can fit them. Plus the availability of these fog lights in Rawalpindi/Islamabad might also be an issue.

Why cable? The needle of speedometer is really smooth.
bro profile means the tire size

not 144/70 or 175/60 will make alot of difference

secondly cable cost no more then 300

check it out from the gear side

are you sure you have the 3 cylinder rpm meter? - try to connect it to a 4 cylinder car with ignition coil and distributor - if it behaves properly you have the 4 cylinder rpm meter

144/70/12 and 165/70/12 both have same height. Hence same number of revolutions to complete one kilometer. Am I right?

70% of 144mm is not equal to 70% of 165mm.

The stock size of Pak Suzuki Khyber was 145/80 R12

    In 165/70/12, 70 is percentage of 165?
    I thought it is 70mm.

    I thought it is 70mm.

In 165/70, 165mm is the width, 70% of 165mm=115.5mm is the profile (height)
In 145/70, 145mm is the width, 70% of 145mm=101.5mm is the profile (height)
In 145/80, 145mm is the width, 80% of 145mm=116mm is the profile (height)

So 165/70 is closest(-0.5mm) in terms of profile to the stock.

ijaz bhai i think tht lexus meter was installed by rozzz, the member who swapped in 1.3 or 1.5 in khyber,he got tht meter!i dont knw if ur talkin abt the same!
BTWrpm meter of cultus is good option but it wont fit in the meter..how about me buyin a cultus meter n change its parts into my current meter tht has rpm n normal speedo meter...can it b done,i mean the machinery will b changed and the front will remain the same, this way no alteration will b needed, its surely gonna cost extra bucks but worth it if its possible!
