Default Self Tuning - Khyber G-10 (Plugs, valve clearance, spark gap etc)

    Salam

    dear members/experts

I own a khyber 1996. Recently overhauled its engine completely at home by myself except the mechanist part. It has its first oil change at 1100Km yesterday and i am planning to tune it. I have following query for the learned members/experts

Q.1. recommended spark plugs for khyber g-10 on CNG
    Q.2. Recommended spark plug gap?
    Q.3. Recommended tappet setting Hot/cold?
Q.4. Running was on petrol with Caltex Havoline formula and now i have switched to CNG with Shell helix HX7 10-40W (synthetic) , is shell HX7 ok?

What else should i do or check to get max output and efficiency from my g-10?

    regards

after-note: In addition to the above queries, this thread also contains info on carburetor, AC, electrical, cooling system, brakes & gear issues related to khyber G-10.

Special thanks to following experts :
Xulfiqar, Fas133, Margallar, Ahsanzs, wasay_Ahmad, Xplorer, jz, Daniyal
for their valuable contributions and last but not least
I am greatful to Cracked for keeping this thread alive by
    raising all the queries/question.

great tools, just one little brotherly advice, never ever drop that torque limiter ratchet, handle it like glass and always reset it back to zero after every use.

PMed U , these tools are easily available at few specialized dealers at Brandreth Road (Lahore) with huge price differences so it is advisable to check from a couple of shops before buying.

the smell at the station could be the gas pressure relief of the filling nozzle. On removing the nozzle, the gas pressure in the filling hose is relieved with a noise. You may be smelling that.

Some times there is a leak in car. When fill from a station where pressure is higher or full, you may smell the leak.

Thanks, these are very basic tools but still very rare to be found in professional workshops in Lahore. They mostly rely on there instincts and customer feedback to achieve their goal (Hit and trial). Well PMed U and hope u get them too.

About the resistance shown in the meter, it is of the HT wire (IG coil to distributor) and it is 332 Ohms not kilo ohm as the setting on multimeter was at <=2K ohm.

I am using Ultima typeR (3 core/low resistance) plug wires.

Yes, i dont want that but in my case there is NO noise/interference in car's radio or amp on engine acceleration/deceleration. This noise over the car's stereo usually shows RF interference/noise from non suppressor type wires or damaged ones. The ones i am using shows they are capable of suppressing noise.

    So am I safe?
