Nothing special about its mechanics, its a simple mpfi car. I dont know about your city but spares are easily available in big cities.

The resale factor is there but the comfort and safety is also there in exclusive and Joy.

I recently did a trip on super highway and exclusive gave me an average of 17+ on petrol with AC. I dont have CNG installed, although people who have installed it are happy on CNG too.
In city it gives around 11-12 KM per litre in AC.

If you want to keep the car for 2-3 years then chevrolet is a good choice. If possible test drive both cars and you will know the difference.
