Default Khyber temperature remains very cold, direct fan

    Aoa,
My Khyber 95 temperature needle never goes up, not even to the middle. It always remains very close to C even in this hot weather. (needle is fine as have checked by mechanics).
a year before i used to keep my fan automatic but once faced the overheating problem because of thermostate value and fan which costed me alot. since then i removed the thermostate valve and made the fan direct. And it never heated up in winter and now also in summer it stays cool.

As its summer, do i really need to install thermostate value and make the fan automatic or not?
Also my car vibrates (dashboard also) at idle, but if i increase the gas inflow then the vibration is reduced. But i think its because of this coldness issue, right?

the thermostat valve is there to block coolant flow to the radiator until it reaches its opening temperature - usually 80-85 degrees celcius - after that it opens up and coolant flows to the radiator and tripping the cooling fan circuit causing the fan to run.

The t-stat also ensures that coolant gets into every little area of the engine as it causes the coolant to slightly pressurize too, It also ensures that your engine does not overcool on highway runs

removing the stat would be forcing the engine to take forever to warm up - exact same useless thing as running without a Tstat
