    well both cars are quite old now ... and the age difference in both car is like 10 years which is quite big ..
    i would say get youngest car ... 99 will be better ... no matter how good the car kept .. its engine and body depreciated with time ..

    expert advise/help would be required in selection of the car ...

    go with japanese .... its engine and bodywork are reliable...... i hav one ..... first-hand driven and still happy with it ..... the engine never gave me any complaints ........

    22 years on our local roads, bhai its a simple choice to go for a newer model.... in 22 yrz may almost every mechanical part would hav been replaced or worked upon by local mechanics...

    always go for newer model as it will have less RUINED by roads n driver!
    REAL men drive manual cars!

    Go for the latest model available i.e 1999 or 2000 model Khyber.
    Japanese ones are very old now. They came in 1987 till 1992.
