    Default Suzuki Khyber Engine Maintance/Repair

Brothers... My Khyber Model 1998 done 180000 KM on CNG and now I feel the engine is loosing its power and burning/reducing engine oil approximately 1-ltr per 2500 KM. Now suggest me what to do. Do I go for full engine overhaul or only change the piston rings by opening only head. Also refer me a good mechanic in Rawalpindi.

    hello!
yeah vacoo was correct....its better to get new engine for you khyber....try putting margalla's 4 cyl G13B 1.3L which makes your car over powered and it will run like awsome on CNG....its my sugession to you....under powered engine takes load on CNG resulting in very less engine power and engine life was like dead....i also faced the same problem on CNG and my 1.0L engine which was absolutely fine was dead in 1.5 years ...it put 1.5L now and CNG was like petrol run...so its better to get high compression engine and bigger engine to run CNG fine....
