    Salam all,my 1st post on this forum so plz dont bash me....the problem is that I wanna get some 185/60/r13s for my khyber..currently its running on bicycle thin 145s..now whenever I ask sum1 abt upgrading to 185/13s,they always tell me horror stories abt how my suspension will give out and I'll b crying in 2 months or less...is this true? will this size tire rub on the inside while taking turns? and will I really have suspension problems?anybody here running this size on a khyber? any info would b most appreciated as I'm bloody tired of these Sohrab cycle tires...helppppp

    brother i used to had 185/70/12 in my 88 Swift (japan assembled) n didn't face any prob.

    try 175/60R 13..i think they will be more suitable for ur engine, consumption plus suspension

    165/65/12 go for it...i am currently having it on my swift 90 ...inshhallah going for one inch more 165/65/13

    bro ur car shud b called off-roader,its looks too high even wid sideskirts.....wat hav i done to ur suspention???

    thanks for the response guys..seems like putting 185s is not that popular an idea and I'll have to get 175s..the only good 175/60/13 that I know is the Bridgestone Potenza G3..but I'v no idea how much they cost...r there any other good tires available in this size ? I would b most thankful if sum1 can also tell me how much they cost..the bridgestone as well as the others.......thanks a lot for the help guys

    ahh finally sum1 who is running this size on a khyber..tell me man,do they ever rub on the inside while turning cuz thats the biggest issue..and did u need to raise the car's body a bit b4 putting in the tires....did the steering get really hard ie required an effort to take a U-turn ? and since u got em 2 months back,how much did they cost...sorry abt all the questions .....

    well for 175/13s, u can go for Dunlop LeMans 701. they are really soft tyres and provide u great grip. u can get them for 1900 a piece if u search a lil. goodyear 070 is another choice but they are comparatively harder. Dunlop Echo are the new ones but i have heard they have poor grip

    sorry for the late late reply brother ...was busy in the office ..!!

    anywayz ......yaar the onyl drawback i noticed was that the steering got a little harder ...but the prb was fixed ....when i replaced the small sports steering with the stock steering..the prb was pretty much gone then ...
    besides this i encountered no other prbs ........no rubbing etc nothing yar .....
    the tires + rims costed me ..around ..23k i think ...
    2800 something ka para tha shayad aik tyre ..i bought both the thingies from ...bahadurabad ....
    ....
    u can look for my car pics ...in the " some pakistani modified cars pics " thread .......im not sure but title yahee hai shayad

    the white body kit khyber is mine .....!!

    thanks for the info QuickSilver & LowResolution.....all u guys I'm still waiting for some prices of both 175s and 185s...I'll b back in khi after abt a week Inshallah and thats when I'll b getting the tires so am trying to get some ideas abt which different options will b available and how much they'll cost...like I said the only 1 I know of is the bridgestone potenza G3 and I dont even know its price,come on people...gimme some names and prices plz

    @ LowResolution what tires u got there man,the ones that cost 2800 a piece

    krazy...what is the complete size of your original factory tires?

    well I wouldnt know abt factory size cuz i bought the car 2nd hand...it came with 155/70/12, the brand is the cheapo GT ( Gajah Tungal )

    ehh guys....where is everybody ??? a little help plz...some names and prices plzzzzz.....oh an 1 more question,since I am not buying alloys right now,can I use the 13 inch BLACK wheels which come standard with the city and the old civic aswell...will they fit in my khyber or will the holes in the wheel not line up with the bolts on the drum?
