i used it for quite sometime in my alto - it worked fine on CNG
my experience was better acceleration and better mileage (like add 10-20kms to what you normally get from your car)
but it has to be cleaned weekly as it sucks alot of dirt as well and if not cleaned regularly, dirt will enter the carb and cause problems!
nd i bought it from @jz so you can contact him for that

the original airbox has a snorkel that sucks air from near the front of the engine room which is about ambient temperature - this is sucking the hottest air in the engine room.

How do you expect this is better?

Dirt passing through the filter defies the purpose of the filter as its not doing any filteration!

this intake is of no use as it is not a cold air intake unless u make a hole in the hood, install a hood scoop and raise the intake so that maximum air is from outside.

your symptom is of accelerator pump in the carby is weak, the ignition timing vacuum advance is dead or the valve clearances are very tight.

can that be a sticking power piston?

anyways what is the fix for a sticking power piston, i see black stuff on the walls of the area where it moves and there are no rubber washers on the piston

the piston is metal to metal contact and is held tight by spring pressure. there are some tools that are sometimes used to dress the face of the powervalve to prevent leakage.
