Even if Chinese axles, all of the work mentioned above can not be completed in Rs. 8000/-
The shocks alone will cost you around Rs.4000/-
Don't let him install shocks of any other car.
By the way Sherry Chinese axles are quite good, they lasted 3.5 years in my Khyber.
Again installed them a month ago. They cost Rs. 2400/- a pair. (only outer CV joints)

Brother as your profile mention you are in Karachi so please pay a visit to Abdul Hamid & Sons, Saeed Manzil (Rubber Market) close to Jubliee Market.

If you are coming from Numaish towards Tibet Center take right turn from Tibet Centre go straight and take left turn (This road is behind BVS School) go straight and from first intersection take left then MA Jinnah Road will be infront of you, slowly go straight and on you right side you will see suspension shop named Abdul Hameed & Sons before MA Jinnah Road.

You can also search Abdul Hameed & Sons on Pak wheels, they are specialist in Shocks and also other suspension work as well

I'll suggest you to go for new shocks instead of Kabli. Using Gabriel shocks in my khyber for about 1.5 years now and they are good and still going strong.

I am using the same shocks in the rear for quite some time. They have good damping but i feel that they are a little stiff. How do these work for you?

Well for me they are fine, I don't think that they are a little stiff. Though can be due to the fact that I drive on Islamabad expressway only.

    Dear Brother

Regarding Khyber Suspension work, i did recently almost 10 days back from Abdul Hameed & Sons, complete suspension work of front,

1- Shocks were repaired by Abdul Hameed & Sons
2- Steering work & change of Rubber Boots
3- Excel were fine but inner rubber boots were damage but no sound so i replace all four rubber boots with brand new
4- Brand New Lower Aram (Japanese)
5- Tyre Road / Rack end Set (Japanese)
    6- Steering Rod Bushes change

Shocks work charge me Rs. 2500
Steering work Rs. 1500 (They forwarded it to some workshop at Soilder Bazar)
Excel boot change RS. 600 (They forwarded it to Some work shop at Soilder Bazar)
    Their Labor Charges Rs. 2000
Things i purchase brand new from Haji Autos Rs. 8600

So in total the cost of complete work with Japanese Parts Rs. 14800

I got 400 discount from Afzal Bhai
