    Post Liana AC Service

Hi, I need help here i just serviced my AC of Liana LXi for IG Motors after servicing i have problem of getting a jerk every time the compressor is on. I took the car back them and they say Tunning ka masla hai. Can any one tell me is it due to gas filling like they have put a heavy cheap gas? Help required.

Its definitely taking a load and not due to "tuning". If your car is jerking violently then most likely its an engine mount issue aka foundation.

Getting it tuned wont harm, u should have had got it fixed then and there. so that if its not the tuning and it is the A.c issue would have had been caught then and there. Still its never to late, get it checked again.

Btw my experience best Suzuki work shop is the Suzuki Danish Motors in Karachi.
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

When the engine takes on the load, if the mounts are broken, the engine will rock back and forth causing the jerk.

IMHO it happens when the gas pressure in the system is more than the desired level. Normally the AC mechanics, after a service, charge more gas than the standard amount so as to get more chilling effect out of the AC. The increased amount of gas needs more effort by the compressor to mobilize it, hence putting more load on engine. The remedy is to reduce the refrigerant pressure to the standard figures. Hope it helps
