    PROBLEM SOLVED LONG AGO THANKS PAKWHEELERS FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION AND SUGGESTIONS


    Asalam O Alikum.
    My car is not starting up.. when i switch the ignition the cng switch is showing lights but when after trying to start it i left the switch the light's on switch gone and it doesn't even response to Cng to pertol button most probably its a problem of fuse as far as my knowledge is concerned so any one can tell me where i can find that fuse in my car i have check the manual and didn't find it

    yes it start on petrol every time i live near airport in Karachi not far from Airport.

    I wish I could be of more help but it is almost impossible to diagnose the problem like this.

    It's either a short circuit or a very loose connection somewhere. I would start from the battery and look around for any shorts or loose connections one by one.

    If you have installed anything after market, start from there; it is usually these where the electricians mess up.

    start from generator, generator fault can easily be found by installing a newly charged battery from other car and keep it ideling for several minutes, if the battery vanishes or the car does not maintain its ideling and getting off immediatly after start then generator problem, becuase electronic controlled cars need generator voltage to keep the engine running, also i have experienced this problem with an EFI car the same symptoms has been noticed on that car, it was not keep on staying on petrol indicator and switches to CNG, indicators blinking was noticed, 2 batteries were changed from battery shops and they both were discharged within no time, after that generator was opened and CUTOUT (local language term) was changed, installed the generator back, and the car started normally.

    It happens to me one month back and i just leave the car and after 10min i try to start it car starts normally.. Now the battery is not finished in min i have tried several time even now the battery has little bit of life but its still working i will charged it tmrw

    This problem is purely of that white cut out fitted by fectory on red wire of the battery.

    @OP - Did u check pulses in injectors while cranking?? If pulses are not coming then definitely FI Fuse is gone. U can check FI Fuse on Fuse Box and replace it.

    I think u r not that tech to check the pulses urself but atleast u can check FI fuse in the fuse box (check the top of the box to locate the fuel injectors Fuse).

    If FI fuse is okay then there can be issue of fuel pump. I think its better to visit a good mechanic - better not to test anything by urself.

    Edited: I was thinking, u r just facing issue in starting the car but after reading ur post again, I think there can be issue of CNG switch/Wiring. Why not to show it to a CNG guy?

    seems like the problem is in the ignition key switch.. have you tried rerouting 12V supply..

    these problems usually arise in very old vehicles or if an electrcician has taken voltage for some appliance from the ignition wire. No harm in checking that as well.

    this reminds me that such an issue was persistent with my other car, a Mehran and it was resolved after the positive jack on the slef starter was tightened; it was loose and the car did not use to crank. The warning lights used to go away.

    Thank you all for your support and reply... I am too noob to do all these things.. i have checked my car to a cng guy he has already checked all the fuse and as the car is FF CNG so he didn't know much about the car Cng. The main thing is if its just start one time then i can take it any where

    Press the button for 5sec and its started directly on CNG as mentioned by many other member's they fuel pump is not pumping the Fuel to the main line which is in the engine compartment so i have bought the new fuel pump of DENSO(genuine suzuki) at 4,500rs will open the fuel tank and check it whether it cause by the bad quality of fuel or line chocking
