DIY: Servicing Liana’s Sequential CNG regulator –Lendi-Renzo
Reference to Article posted in URL below, CNG Regulator requires cleaning from time to time. But, I guess Suzuki Liana?s owners with sequential CNG kit would have never tried this. Never ever, I have seen Suzuki motors servicing it even though I have visited them multiple times. Finally, I decided to service this part all by my own self since it was very dirty and traces of oil leak could be seen around the regulator. I can already see difference in Mileage, very easy to open, never expected that I would have removed it so easily, Regulator was full of oil and very dirty from inside. Attached are the pictures and hope, it would help rest. Don?t forget to close the valves on CNG cylinders before starting this service and surprise element was that, almost all the rubber pipes were either broken, cracked, hard near the regulator so it was a good opportunity to replace them all. This is its first service in 75000 km driven and do perform a leakage test with foam water once you will reattach everything. Who says that there is no oil drain nut located on this kit, its right below the regulator?
