Not that much a problem in normal, but for the purpose it was installed will not be fulfilled like this. If it is recommended for a 15 amp then 20 amp fuse will not serve the purpose and intended safety.

No again Ok talked to a guy he said might be possible that the duct which is above the blower is stucked, that's sound logical to me as i have recently changed plug of blower. Might be possible it doesn't fit properly and caused the duct to stuck will opened it tomorrow and check it.

You can also get it manually stuck at one place, so that the cooling will not leak towards other channel other than face ones. Just in case you are facing a cooling leak at other vents also.

For that purpose i have to take it to 3s dealer and they take to much time for just scanning i have to waste my whole day for it. I will try to check it if duct is blocked or not.

And amongst the wires, only Ultima (China) are available in 8mm for LIANA, the rest are of 6/7 mm. Ultima wires costs around 850 I think. I mostly run the car over CNG thats why thinking to go for 8mm ones. I previously have used Ultima in my Cultus also and they performed pretty decently.

What do you guys suggest in that?
    Please update with expected prices...
Ultima are taiwan made and are reliable.

The culprit in my case was two fuses (15 Amp ones) in the fuse box in engine bay. There are 4 15 Amp fuses in the box (two first in the line, and two the last ones). The first two are for headlights, and the last 2 are somehow connected to starting of the car (I think immobilizer). Inter-change the fuses of headlights with these ones when this problem occurs next, if the car gets started then you got the issue.
Do get new ones from any Suzuki workshop (Rs. 10 for each). I had replaced once with the open market ones and they did not last more than a month. Suzuki ones have the inner wire designed in shape of "S" of suzuki logo, where the in the open market one it is pretty straight.
PS 3S selling fuze in pkr 10 is unbelieveable .I use to collect the fuzes from junk market and they are dismantled from imported vehicles and keep them in glove box as spare.

either starter motor is giving up or the cut out on positive wire, at battery terminal, is problematic.Once open the terminals and sand them then clamp back as tight as it should not slightly move, apply petroleum jelly all around the terminals and battery poles, cover with boot as initial remedy.

What are shims do they need work as my liana did 144000km and no mechanical work has been done.
    Not necessarily .

If shims has to be done then tell the place in rawalpindi from where i can get them adjusted better as someone got his liana shims done but the mechanics messed with those shims and his car is not performing well.
Many other aspects of the scene need attention prior to head works.

The pick of my liana is also slow on petrol and on cng its like turtle and now i am using 20W-50 Havoline.
First of all there are some nontechnical and technical on the other hand, things to cover.
Your driving habit is very important to control the economy.Drive soft, change gears at 2k to 2.2k.
Keep your car less idle (stop the engine when in parking or waiting something long with engine on).
Poor spark plugs will become the cause, engine run lean on gas.
If fuel injectors are leaky without your notice,it can cause the gas milage very bad.
Bad oxygen sensor play its role running the engine rich.
Most importantly the air filter should not be clogged.
Lastly 20/50 is a bit over from my point of view, oil should be 10/40 as recommended or synthetic so to reduce friction and smooth running of engine which guarantees the good milage.

Standing at uneven place some times plays its role secondly if the reserve light is coming on at 15 litre that is pretty reasonable margin .

v own a 2008 lxi....... but since that car was mostly driven by drivers, they somehow managed to screw the engine up. We changed the same particular coil 7 times in year, each time costing us 8k from Suzuki 3S.

last week enough was enough. got a new engine for it (G15) and the engine response changed like hell over the old 1.3l.... a bolt on fit so no need of any alterations. the car launches like hell :p

    pics coming soon
