Well I guess they quoted the price of JDM bumper as imported parts of liana are really expensive.

Also now after reading some posts about same noise i have read over there that it might be the steering rack bushings.

There are two types of play in steering kangi .
First when gaps increase between the teeth of rack rod due to wear and tear ,second the rack shaft get loose from its outer shell sleeve .
In both the above said states ,you would observe the sound .
Our so called master minds do a temporary fix to the problem making a Teflon bush on lathe exactly of the same diameter as of the rack rod and exactly of the same circumference as of the outer shell sleeve to get rid of the noise and to fix the gapes between teeth they tighten the adjuster bolt fitted on the sleeve about two three threads BUT be very aware from their tactical approach to rip you off, such bushes would only long for couple of weeks .

If its real Teflon, it should last pretty long but I guess the kharadiyas use plastic as well.

I once had teflon bushes made for my Charade G11's brake caliper pins and they lasted for more than a 100k km until I sold it.

Then again, this application might be different.
