    650 ki gasket

3000-4000 labour kyu k liana ka head kholna aur wapas pack karna azab kaam hai for mechanics

oil change means 4 liter ka dabba

    oil filter

    gasket sealant

facing of engine head to level it..

further work if pistons etc gets jammed

approx 6-7k ka kharcha in total
Head facing means the work was not done properly in first attempt or mechanic wanted to earn some extra head facing is not a necessery after opening head head facing means that your car is now at risk if after head facing mechanic repeated the same mistake and overtorqued you car head their would be no overhauling of your car in future you would need a new head

Little help needed, I want to open petrol injectors of my Liana for cleaning purpose, it is ff cng fitted Liana. So is it necessary to first loose or remove gas injector rail, then open petrol injector rail ?
Or there is some shortcut to open petrol injectors without opening cng injectors rail ?

Please change the Gear oil, Fuel Filter, Break Fluid and fan belt as well. According to Liana's user manual these parts should be replaced at 40k.

Just remove the injector rail first its just a couple of bolts and clips it will make the process much easier. Btw are you getting your injectors cleaned professionally or just doing them your self removing them might not even be worth it try using a high quality injector cleaner in your fuel tank that should be sufficient.

Most of 3s can do good timing, moreover efi ustaads in Twin Cities can do good timing timing is not big issue at all.

Yes the cng rail will have to be removed first to get access to the petrol fuel rail in the intake manifold. Also thanks a lot will give a 3s dealer a visit.

There is no way to adjust fuel timing on m series engine in waste speak ignition system ECU commands coils to fire every time piston reach top even in exhaust stoke theres some other issue with your car it could be wrong exhaust manifold less than required back pressure can cause knocking wrong intake manifold maybe the intake manifold of m13 and m16 is different wrong injector size can cause knocking as well

Went to the local suzuki central motors and found out there is no way to adjust the timing. The expert mechanic there suggested swapping out the knock sensor with another one. As far as intake manifold and injectors go i got them with the engine so they are of M16a the exhaust manifold however was kept the same of M13. So i guess i will try doing both things swapping out the exhaust manifold as well as the knock sensor and see where i end up. What do you suggest?
