Change your mechanic please. If he isn't able to do a head gasket replacement as per specs, ditch him. Radiator cap is not that big of an issue which can burn your gaskets at this rate.
    Which gasket was used ?

My liana cat. converter is cut from centre and remain on sides by previous owner , is it ok to cut in such manner.
I mean to ask that is this a proper way of cutting especially when we considre the accurate readings getting by oxygen sensor !
I mean that when there is direct big whole in cat. converter then oxygen sensor gives lean air fuel mixtire reading to ecu & as result ecu send command for rich mixture thus vehicle consume more fuel then normal.
Am I thinking on right lines ?

he asked me to change radiator too - i searched the whole market - plaza me approx 4k se 5.5k ka mil raha hai aluminium ka new radiator with fibre top. waterpump market me new 5k ka hai approx...

    no idea about clutch work.

oil change 1000km means all impurities and traces of remains of work done still present in engine will be flushed out. then pour in the original oil you use

there is an internal leak somewhere. water is seeping in the combustion area maybe. i have witnessed same thing for months after which i had the gasket work done and it is not reducing water at all now since 3 months now..

@khurribaba @hasooboy guide him for gasket work as you both have recently done the whole work and he resides in karachi

So yarr i just want .5inch spacer not that 2 inch spacer like donkey cart..just a little lift becoz in Malir cantt jumps are in excessive and liana has the scraping issues due to those big bumps.
