    1)air lock in radiator
    2)wrongly torqued head with reuse of tty bolt

    My humble advice find a better mechanic a proper work might cost you 10k+ but it would be long last

    khurram has given you the number - Shahid will do it for you. i recommended him to khurram, so you can take name of me and him by giving ref of liana gasket changes.. Inshallah you will get positive results - there is also a thick chance that there is no gasket issue at all - things are actually known once one sees the car which the mechanic will do in detail

    i suspect an internal leak of coolant somewhere - usually a thin leak will make the coolant fell in combustion area and burn away - thus reducing the liquid levels each day. i had same situation for few months but Mashallah after last time's gasket change, water doesnt drop a bit even.

    What CNG kit is suitable for Liana, either FF SIS kit or local landirenzo one? Which kit gives better mileage?

    Ff kit is better in both performance and mileage, lot better than local ones.

    I used to get 210 to 225 in full cylinder with FF kit in islamabad highways were little better. I loved my Liana

    combustion chamber pressure is at about 100 magnitudes more than your cooling system, any leak exposing the cooling system to any combustion chamber will always result in combustion gases in coolant which will cook the coolant really bad and overpressurize the system (the radiator cap will be blowing coolant into the overflow tank violently)

    coolant has a task to lubricate the water pump seals too - and there is a controlled leak built into the design of all water pumps just for this purpose. A leak of about 1ml every 100 hours or similar is considered normal (I can get you an exact figure if you like) - that is why you see a trace of colour at the weep hole.

    using plain water is hard on the water pump seals as it has no lubrication properties at high temperature.

    Radiator condition is perfect.

    May be other conditions are causing reduction in water levels. I am not that technical.
