    Good idea !

Which sensor/mechanism controls the drop of rpm when acclerator is pressed and released? I mean the rpm is supposed to come down to idle slowly, which sensor makes it to come down slowly? Is it also IAC valve?

IAC's job is just to control the engine idle rpm. When you rev the car, more air + fuel mixture is pumped into the combustion chamber as the throttle opens up and as a result, the engine rpm goes up. When you take your foot off from the accelerator, throttle closes and the engine returns to the idle rpm. If your engine's rpm does not come down quickly enough then you might have a leak somewhere in your intake manifold gasket or a pipe going to the intake manifold could be leaky. Have you checked the error codes (if any)? If you state your problem in detail then may be we can help you out better.

no i havnt checked the error codes yet. problem is the rpm falls rapidly to idle when foot is taken off the accelerator whereas i think it should come down just a little slow.

Shim should be inspected every 40k km
    Shim job is like
    Remove cam
    Remove all 16 shims
    Measure thickness with vernier caliper
Throw the one which are out of required thickness
Removing cam on m13a is not easy as not every one can reach timing chain tensioner

Saboor bhai whats wrong with shims if we grind them like Khrad Wala people did in diesel engines (I have experience of that) and engine Become in its original tune.
I meant to ask why it's necessary to put new shim as we can use same shim in some cases.

Yes seen that happening you can grind shim one time only ppl tend to grind valve tip as well grinding shim gives more clearance but it better to get them changed

Shims are cheap as chips on Toyota engine you can see buckets for the very same purpose which are expensive as hell

To check shim measure there thickness with vernier caliper

But before this when I turned on ignition key, (before starting) lights become on both sides that is metre and Cng switch both.

If you go to the 3S, they will check gaps, remove shims, mark them for new measurements and then send them over to the Kahraadiya for grinding. If you get new shims from 3S, each shim costs somewhere from 400 upwards. Most 3S don't have those in stock.

Don't mess with injectors if there's no need. 3S have no proper equipment to service those. You will get into more trouble.
