NO, I don't agree, as I have 2009 Lxi with ff CNG and its done 110,000 kms. So far I had no issue with CNG i last two years I took it for CNG tuning only once. I think there were issues in 2006 07 model which SUzuki engineers has fixed it and in later model (2008 onwards) no issues.

I also have 2009 Liana no issue with Cng kit ,
Only I did one time tunning from 3s. My Liana is doing 190 km aprox.
But before tunning there r no issues also. But I turned it just for sake of OEM setting restoration and my Cng milege is increased upto 30km.

It is the clutch hydraulic oil.
Must probably the piston seals inside is about to fail, get it changed. Have the clutch fluid changed too. Further get the piston housing checked for the corrosion that can cause the new seals to fail also.

Does the whole clutch plate needs to be disassembled to get it fixed?

No, the clutch plate is inside the bell housing. It is not required to take it out for this issue.

This piston only moves the lever connected it it which in turns engages the clutch.

Well today my car's gears stop engaging all of a sudden and when i open the bonnet smoke was coming out from the gear box area, i let it cool and then try again it works and i reached home. What could be the issue ? Gear box or clutch plate is gone i think.

I am afraid you ran your car with empty or lowest level of gear oil. The extreme friction in moving gears must have done this...

Seem like you toasted clutch plates with bad clutch plates you can't engine gear as clutch plate won't grip flywheel

Liana owners & fan club - Check Gear Box Oilavi snapshot 0110 20111207 113221

you can only topup gear oil by unbolting this 5 spindle nut which is located in front of liana's gearbox.

Tried to source new ones but couldn't get new ones any where so went for Used (Kabli), bought both the front and middle one from Chah sultan Rawalpindi for Rs. 12500/- with oxygen sensor.
