Go for a new system. its been off for 3 years and you know not when it becomes operational, how many leakages will arise in the coming months. Go for Sanden or Denso Compressor. also completely change the pipings as well irrespective what the A/C technician recommends to keep the old parts.

Test system for leakages by pressure testing it then vacuum the unit and ensure compressor condensor evaporator and TXV valves are good then fill with original R134A. If compressor is shot then get a new Sanden or Denso unit, btw margalla came with Sanden compressor. Don't buy scrapyard compressor which are used for a decade and have no life in them.

If it has a 1000cc engine then AC will totally kill it. You will not not experience much cooling because the engine will struggle with the load in my experience.
