Ive found that Pirellis provide excellent traction, both wet and dry, but the compromise is on comfort and sometimes noise. They are relatively stiff/hard which leads to crisp handling esp. at fast speeds/sharp turns. The P6 I have on my Civic (195/65/15 91H) are, believe it or not, Traction rated AA (the best), but the ride is considerably stiffer than before (Dunlop Sport 300) and fuel economy has gotten worse.
So while Pirelli satisfies the need for excellent traction/grip, you pay that off with a stiffer ride, more noise, more bumps and less comfort. But I (personally) think its worth it (Y)
