Hello friends!
I just recently got my Radiator serviced.. Radiator wala advised to put 2 table spoon of Coconut oil into radiator as radiator lines are somewhat weak.
Can any one confirm if adding coconut oil to radiator has any good significance??
Just try it and do tell us the result or consequences for that matter.
never heard of it . dont try anything stupid, i would advice you to get your radiator repaired its not that costly. .
Don't put anything except clean water or original coolant
only pouring raw egg stop leaks. but people say its for a while and it chokes thin lines. besides that never heard of any totka. i hope he doesnt ask to pour clear shampoo next.do tell him its not a head. its a car radiator
The coconut oil when heated in the radiator cause excessive pressure that may bust or damage the hose pipes of the cooling system. It is better to use coolants instead of coconut oil. However a small quantity ie a table spoon of coconut oil may help reduce the rust or rusty appearance in radiator. Suggest if it is used for this purpose run the engine for 10-15 mts and drain the coconut oil water and refill with coolant to avoid unnecessary break downs or the problem.
