After how many K/m should we change the brake and steering fluids?
which brand for power steering is best?
The brake fluid at least every three years, and preferably every two years.
For the PS fluid, I would suggest replacing just the reservoir portion of the fluid every oil change, but opinions differ on this widely.
According to Toyota Service manual. All fluids will be changed at 50k kms.
thanks....so what about any proper company of Power Str..?any famous name?
As per the manual..... Generally I change it every 40k both steering and brake fluid.

Brake fluid has the tendancy to absorb moisture from atmosphire and mormally all OEM recommend Brake fluid replacement after every 2 years period or 40k which ever come first. More over ZIC brake fluid is fully synthetic brake fluid and is the best choise to use
Dexron..ATF Dexron....is a good company..
dexron is a standard and not a brand name..
Yes 2 years for the brake fluid - and about 5 years for the P/S (dexron type) and about 3 years for Honda (twin gear type high output pump- they used to come in Older Accords) - these cars dont like ATF in their steerings - as the pump shears the oil too much foaming it under high load
hey zic
you saying that zic make a dot3 or dot4 synthetic blend?
