they peform the same - the difference is their formulation depending on the engine manufacturer.
The other big issue in Pakistan is that we use tap water to dilute coolant, tap water has many minerals and also chlorine in it, that for sure will kill a cooling system.
A mixture of tartaric acid and water can be used to clean out cooling jackets and the radiator itself - it removes rust, scale and all other sorts of blockages.
You would have to drain the system completely (meaning drain the block too), remove thermostat refit everything dry, fill with mixture, start engine let idle for 30 minutes, drain and flush. install thermostat Fill with coolant/distilled water (at whatever strength is recommended)
When I do this on any car - the amount of scale and junk that comes out is amazing and the engine runs considerably cooler too
