Do you have any evidence that you are actually delivering more "current" - which is measured in amps to the plugs.. NO. The spak duration is very very minimal and unless you are running a custom built drag engine that runs on alcohol you dont need the "welding spec" ignition system.
The suppression plugs were used in the engine to ground out radio noise in the car, You can achieve this by either using resistive plugs and regular wires or resistive wires and regular plugs. Good car manufacturers recommend something like 6.25Kohms for the entire circuit of each spark plug from the distributor.
With all this thick and thicker wires people are installing in the name of POWER and ACCELERATION is just a placebo that you spent your money for something good.
