sir ... first drive few kms as it is ... and try to change/ check fluids, hoses, breaks etc...
if all found ok then come to change the tires ...
rims are for looks and tires are mandatory ... do inspect tires and check manufacturing dates too ... as i have seens many dealers they just change the rubbers to some old anyways..
check ur budget if u have money for rims and tires then go for it ... if not then go for tires only ...
