Dear Sir,
I have a Toyota Corolla 2011, 15,000kms on the meter as of today
10th-Feb-2012,
My car is leaking oil since after 5000kms service, I was turned down saying
its oil sprayed on the underbody after your cars first service and its
nothing else.
Since a few days after taking out the car from my car parking area ive been
noting some oil drops. Today i went to Toyota Central motors to get my car
checked. They lifted my car and on inspecting said the main engine oil seal
"Main Seal'' is leaking and you would need to replace it, On claming
warranty i was turned down saying that it would not be covered under
warranty.
My question is that i claimed it tobe a leak on 5000km inspection, I was
turned down. Now my car is driven 15000kms today, And the problem is still
there, What material is the car made of? Why did the main seal leak on a
15,000 km driven car? What is the warranty for if this issue is not covered
under warranty.
Toyota Corolla is the most expencsive 1.3L car in Pakistan at the moment,
Ive had the worst cars Liana and Baleno and City ive never faced such
issues, Im using a Japanese Toyota Vitz 2002 And ive never faced any
issues. I require a proper explanation on what type of cars are you people
making in Pakistan? Why did this oil seal leak, And how is it not covered
under warranty when my car is only 15,000 kms driven. Why does a person
buys a brand new car?
Im awaiting a positive.
