Brother the only time i was able to blow a gasket was when i drove my nissan sunny b14 for probably over 40 kilometers without water in the radiator as the water body had leaked and i was like really mad about something at that time so just drove to the university, parked the car, took the classes, came back, stepped in, revved out, after driving for about 10 kms, the car overheated and the engine shut itself down. Even then the gasket wasn't blown, if was working ! but changed it eventually.
the point of such a long paragraph is that the reason gaskets usually blow is when we dont care about the cooling system of the car and/or when we install low quality gaskets.
zulfiqar bhai will be able to shed more light on this. but i think there is no harm if you get your engine repaired and get new parts installed from a proper automobile technician. i see Vaqas bhai has offered to guide you to a proper one.
