WsalamWell does it happen in 2nd gear only? If it does then there is a problem with your gear synchronisers (its a type of rod which engages and disengages a gear)

Nope.sometimes when I shift downwards like 2&4
If the gear synchronization have the problem, it could be your gear shifting become harder or no shifting.it may be transmission differential gears meshing problem. First you should replace gear oil (very less chance to resolve your problem). If you replace only differential sun gear and pinion gear (90%) your problem solve.
No shifting is smooth in all gears except 2nd
Initially your were write that there is grinding noise in the transmission, now you said there is shifting problem except 2nd.there are too may causes of shifting problem, please check your vehicle with good mechanic.1) Clutch system 2) Transmission oil3) Gear Shifting cable is working properly.4) If above all things in good condition then check you gear internally (specially Synchronize rings)
Nahi bhai I meant that grinding noise comes when I am shifting to 2nd gear else shifting to other gears is smooth
Okay thankyou
Which gear oil are you using?. 75-85 (thin) oil or 140 something (thick) oil?.
Thicker oil sometimes are problematic in winters.
