Hello!
yeah it can be accelerator wire.....as it rope was not moving freely......
the hotter thing was strange.....! does wire becomes hot or accelerator pedal....!if wire was hot........it can be the problem of main ground wire...!
as if the main ground wire was removed or somehow was not passing ground out of whole body...then the only wires connect engine to body is accelerator wire........as if its passing the whole ground out of it...it will become hot and as a result jamns inside plastic cover......it also dries any lubricant inside the cable due to access heat....!
do check that main ground cable connecting engine to chassis was on its place.....!
as if not...check for Vacuum piping also once....!
@Szuberi.........CNG was highly flammable put consider that thing also that its self-igniting temperature was 600Celcius approx as compared to 300Celcius of Gasoline...so Gasoline ignites quicker than CNG.......also the fact is that its difficult to pass spark out of methane and for that need to advance timing bcz have to burn the mixture before the exhaust valve opens....!so for all that...strong spark is needed in CNG powered Vehicles to burn all the mixture......!
as CNG was also dry inside combustion chamber so some resistance was also created on CNG.....!
that wholes makes CNG accelerate slower than gasoline...if CNG combust properly and perfectly on time.....it can make some big power as it can bear high compressions...........got high RON's as compared to gasoline....!
Thanxxx
