none of the sensors can diagnose any error.
you need to be expert in readings of sensors,
for example, there are 3-4 oxygen sensors i.e. O2 sensor-1, Bank-1, and similarly for bank-2
now you need to have the knowledge of where in the exhaust pipes these sensors are located, and their readings (you can see on these OBD scanners) range from 0.0 Volt to 1.0 Volt, so you need to know what 0.0 Volt means and what higher voltage means.
One of them means Fuel-to-Air mixture is Lean, and other means it is Rich.
maybe there are some sensors that will support your problem of ABS, but you need to have proper knowledge.
